Search figures compare two equal 28-day windows: 2–29 Aug against 4–31 Jul, the window the baseline was cut from. Revenue is counted from 31 Jul, online-store orders only, with influencer-coupon sales removed and refunds deducted, as at 31 Aug.

Change is the percentage difference between the two columns. Average position counts down, so its 23% is an improvement from 15.9 to 12.2. The two rows marked new started at zero, which no percentage can describe.
Why there are two organic revenue numbers on this page. GA4 puts organic search at AED 10,808. Shopify’s order tags put it at AED 8,743. Both are counted correctly, they are counting different things, and we checked all 35 orders one by one.
Of the 35 orders GA4 files as organic search, 9 used a creator’s discount code, so we moved them to influencer sales. Another 3 are ones GA4 calls organic but Shopify’s own record of the customer’s journey does not. In the other direction, 10 orders we tag as organic never appear in GA4’s organic search bucket: some came through Google’s free product listings, which GA4 files under organic shopping instead, and some were shoppers who found the store on Google, left, and came back directly to buy. GA4 also books an order at its value on the day, while Shopify shows what is left after refunds.
We lead with the Shopify number because it is the lower of the two and it is the only one with the discount-code check applied. Being wrong in your own favour is how attribution loses its credibility.
Search position is the cleanest read on whether the work landed, because it does not rise with seasonal demand. These are the pages the worklog touched, before and after.

August is peak back-to-school, so some of this lift is the season and not us. The way to tell them apart: seasonal demand raises impressions and revenue, but it does not move where you rank or how often people click you at a given rank. Position went 15.9 to 12.2 and click-through went 3.18% to 5.90%. Those two are ours. Treat the revenue multiple as the season and the work together.
Non-brand search is still small. Out of every 100 clicks we can attribute to a named search, about 5 come from someone who was not already searching for Hype. That share barely moved, because brand searches grew fast on the back of the influencer and paid push. Non-brand clicks themselves went from 8 to 21, so the direction is right and the base is tiny. This is the whole job for month 2. One correction while we are here: the baseline tab puts non-brand at 15%, which came from a rougher count. Measured properly on named queries, it was 4.4% in July and is 4.8% now. The 35% target stands, but it starts from further back than the baseline tab suggests.
AI-assistant revenue is zero, and we are reporting it as zero. Sessions from ChatGPT and similar tools nearly quadrupled, 17 to 66. The one purchase that channel produced used a creator's discount code, so we moved it to influencer sales rather than claim it.
Three things are still open. 316 product images are 10 to 13 MB each and slow the store down, but swapping them mid-season risked breaking variant images, so it waited. The Arabic pages still have title and description lengths that need a native speaker. The spam backlink disavow, which is the largest single item in the audit, has not been filed yet.
In the order they will be done, most valuable first.
